Reservations
Reservations are confirmed once accepted through our online booking system, by phone, or in writing by a dispatcher. Please review your confirmed pickup date, time and location and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and change terms vary by vehicle class, event type and how far in advance the reservation was made. Exact terms for your reservation will be confirmed at the time of booking. Contact 845-333-3333 as early as possible if your plans change.
Payment
Payment terms, including deposits for event bookings and gratuity policy, will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Chauffeur conduct & vehicle condition
Every vehicle is dispatched with a licensed, insured professional chauffeur. Vehicles are maintained and inspected on a regular schedule. Please report any concern about a specific trip directly to us so we can address it.
Passenger conduct
Passengers are responsible for their own conduct and for any damage caused to a vehicle during a reservation beyond normal wear and use.
Liability
NY.Limo maintains commercial insurance coverage for its fleet and operations. Specific liability terms and limitations will be detailed here following legal review.
